The Challenge: In a landscape where many Philippine hotels and motels carry negative stereotypes, Hotel Ava faced the challenge of breaking away from these images to appeal to a diverse clientele. With this in mind, the company wanted to communicate that Hotel Ava is not just for couples but also caters to a wide range of guest needs, including family getaways and business stays.

The Solution: To effectively communicate the inclusivity the hotel aims to provide, we strategically designed and launched a dynamic website for Hotel Ava. Key elements of the solution include:

   – Through carefully curated visuals and messaging, we crafted an online presence that aligns with Hotel Ava’s vision of inclusivity. By incorporating images and language that resonate with a wide audience, we aimed to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all potential guests.

The Results: After the website redesign, Hotel Ava has seen a significant increase in digital bookings, reaching up to 15% from December to June 30, 2023, amounting to Php 4,027,820 in total bookings. Active email marketing efforts also played a pivotal role, contributing to an average conversion rate of 3%.

Notably, the client count at Hotel Ava’s Cuneta branch witnessed remarkable growth, increasing by 57.01%, while Hotel Ava Malate also observed a significant uptick, with a 24.49% rise in clients.
