The Challenge: In a landscape where many Philippine hotels and motels carry negative stereotypes, Hotel Ava faced the challenge of breaking away from these images to appeal to a diverse clientele. With this in mind, the company wanted to communicate that Hotel Ava is not just for couples but also caters to a wide range of guest needs, including family getaways and business stays.

The Solution: To effectively communicate the inclusivity the hotel aims to provide, we strategically designed and launched a dynamic website for Hotel Ava. Key elements of the solution include:

  1. Comprehensive Room and Amenity Showcase:

   – We meticulously highlighted a diverse range of rooms and amenities suited for all types of guests. By showcasing the variety of accommodations available, we aimed to portray Hotel Ava as a versatile destination catering to the needs and preferences of families, couples, and business professionals alike.

   – The website prominently features the hotel’s culinary offerings, emphasizing a diverse and inclusive menu. From family-friendly options to business-friendly dining, we wanted to convey that Hotel Ava’s culinary experience caters to the varied tastes and occasions of our guests.

  1. Engaging Visuals and Messaging

   – Through carefully curated visuals and messaging, we crafted an online presence that aligns with Hotel Ava’s vision of inclusivity. By incorporating images and language that resonate with a wide audience, we aimed to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all potential guests.

  1. Strategic Positioning

   – Every aspect of the website, from its layout to its content, was strategically designed to position Hotel Ava in line with its vision. By focusing on the unique features that set the hotel apart as a destination for all, we aimed to reshape the perception of potential guests and the broader community.

The Results: After the website redesign, Hotel Ava has seen a significant increase in digital bookings, reaching up to 15% from December to June 30, 2023, amounting to Php 4,027,820 in total bookings. Active email marketing efforts also played a pivotal role, contributing to an average conversion rate of 3%.

Notably, the client count at Hotel Ava’s Cuneta branch witnessed remarkable growth, increasing by 57.01%, while Hotel Ava Malate also observed a significant uptick, with a 24.49% rise in clients.
